The Water Engineer provides an online directory, knowledge hub, and networking platform for the water and wastewater industry. We offer both free and paid listing services, access to technical articles, and job posting capabilities.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your company as prompted by the Platform's registration forms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• You represent that you have the authority to bind any entity you are registering on the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Platform are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Listing and Content Guidelines

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain services on the Platform are paid services. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed via third-party gateways (Razorpay). Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Water Engineer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
