At The Water Engineer, we strive to provide high-quality services to our users. However, due to the digital nature of our directory listings, premium memberships, and advertising services, generally all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or the digital content has been accessed.
We may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

Once your request is received, we will inspect usage logs and transaction details. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
